I've stocked some Tilapia for some of my customers they never last the bass will eat them up unless you buy 6'' fish and its to cold in NC for them to survive all year long they will spawn when the water gets around 75f but they don't last long with LMB and BG around.

If you really want Tilapia there is a company called Crop King that will set you up with a indoor tank to raise your fish.
