Jason - not to be critical, but your photos are sorely lacking smile
The first two images are somewhat blurred and too far away to be of any benefit; and the last blurred image shows what appears to be partially dessicated leaves that are detached from the main stem.
Leaves always provide a clue to a plant's identity. But, HOW the leaves attach to the stem also prove valuable in many instances.
Based on these pictures, my best guess is one of the many species of water primrose - except they normally grow in shoreline areas.
