The new pond filled almost completely in two days! We had around 7" of rain over two days. Before:  After:  (Note that there are more than two days between these two pictures, but we got almost no rain and the water level didn't change during that time.) It's hard to believe this happened over only two days. I just need a little more to top it off. They're forecasting another 1-3" tonight. Yippeee!

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I'll take all of the free water I can get, but I'd prefer to stock the fish myself!  The storms sure gave me a big jump start on filling the pond but I felt a little bad being so happy about all of the rain since so many people in our area are suffering so much due to flooding and water damage. There's a fish truck in town tomorrow and I think I'll throw in some fatheads.
