ive ordered some res for my 4 acre pond. pond has lmb, cc,hbg & bc.
but the res are only 2-3 inches & im worried theyll get gobbled up before they get a chance to mature & spawn.

any recommendations on a pen or holding area i could construct to allow them to grow till fall & then let them loose.

will the res eat cc food pellets?

any ideas would be appreciated
