Must be a southern thing.  Yeah...Texas-Louisiana-South Carolina...definately a pattern forming here. What do yall call a "ne'er-do-well" up yonder?? A scaliwag? Rapscallion? Scoundrel? Layabout? Skiver?  Just plain A_ _ h_ _e, or dead A_ _ h_ _e.
