If I lime the pastures around my pond how much of an effect will that lime have on my pond.
Water shed into the pond is more than 10 acres, but I only own about 6 acres that drain into my pond.
My soil analisys calls for 3 tons of lime per acre.
One acre pond built in 2007.

Dieselscout, it will help to some degree with hardening the runoff entering your pond, but the improvements will be very temporary and minor. It would be far better to add the lime directly to the water for the greatest improvement. Watershed and pond applications would be best.
