I noticed the DO NOT DISTURB OCCUPANT. Sounds like you could get your head blown off. However, it would be tough to bid on without some kind of idea what the house looks like.
I went to look at a county tax sale, in a more backwoods area, a few years back and the neighbor came out and asked me to leave and not buy the property. She also notified me that there were multiple people that had guns pointed at me. Also a few years back her brother shot a county sheriff for being on their land. I think i was in the middle of a large drug ring. Glad i didnt buy that one!
