To echo that, a.k.a "Victor" is so very typical of the many firefighters, EMTs, and police I've known over the years -- plus he is a Pond Boss dude. Somewhat quiet, but just plain friendly and extremely polite. Perpetual smile. The kind of person you want as a friend, and the kind of person you really want around when you are in serious danger.
