I know if I went into a court and started a war with him, I would win this battle. But I am sure the war would rage on and that was not worth it to me. I figured I would use alterantive water sources ( and these sources do not bring silt into the pond and high flow rates) Thus I will keep the pond up and still have the cut in to the creek when water levels go way low. Thus my alternative water will keep my water level about 1 ft higher than the current creek and will not be bringing in any fish or stuff from upstream. I now have more control over the situation.

A wise and resourceful idea and plan and no doubt the best method.

After careful consideration, BISA (Brothers-In-Smallmouth-Association) has decided to cease all naked-picket activities after reports of such activities causing favorable arousals within the target subject(s).

Naked-picketing will be replaced with long-winded & boring poetry readings broadcast over loudspeakers, augmented with the playing of really bad music such as Ted Nugent, Dexy's Midnight Runners, Limp Biskit. Elton John's music will only be added between the hours of 2AM and 3AM.

At the next BISA board meeting, chain quilting will be submitted as a secondary alternative to naked-picketing.

Eric played it smart. Court costs would have far exceeded the amount he remedied the situation with. Not only that, the court system don't solve all the problems in life.
