CT - Personally I think adding more fathead minnows into an established bass population is a waste of money unless you have deep pockets. Bluegill should provide you with all the forage you need. If they don't or they are not supplying ample forage then something is wrong and you should spend your time finding out what the problem is instead of buying and dumping in more minnows.
15 lbs of fatheads will add about 1.5 lbs of bass weight to the TOTAL bass population in the pond. The fatheads, very likely, will not live long enough to spawn. A 6" -7" bass can eat the world's largest fathead minnow AND an 8"-9" bass will eat two of them one right after the other!
