That picture makes it seem like the skunks were in a semi-wild environment.

Show the one where the skunk was hanging out in the Buzzard Lounge.

I was in line to get a beer, and that skunk successfully cut in front of me. I chose not to get into it with him.

He was trying to order a Dirty Banana.

Sunil: Since you are so good at getting people who don't work for you fired would you see about getting JHAP canned so he can attend the conference? It just won't be the same without him.

JHAP s humor and antics is a major reason I signed up for the conference and then I see he is not coming. I am super disappointed that the spring one is during his busy time and the fall one is during our harvest. I might never get the full convention experience. Come on JHAP BOOK IT!!!!!

JHAP, you know there is this new invention called the internet shocked

They also have these things called mobile phones crazy

The Pony Express has had a few upgrades also grin

The last time I talked to my accountant, face to face, was about 10 years ago. Maybe 4 or 5 times on the phone since then.

All done electronically.

But I understand there may be a few who still bring a garbage bag full of paper for you to sort out. cry

Bing, I've fired TomG so many times now, I'm not sure I remembered to reinstate him to owner of his own company again. That might be why we haven't heard from him. Guess I'd better make a call and beg him to come back to work.

blair, don't sweat it. JHAP's humor is great on the internet, but in person, it gets diluted by too many hugs and emotional toasts.

I have to agree with JKB though. Where there's a will, there's a way. Granted, a few days away from April 15 is never good for an accountant (but we don't really know if that's what JHAP does for a living).

I would if I could. You know what they say, I have to make hay while the sun shines and in my case the sun shines January 1st through April 15th (well actually 18th this year). You will have lots of fun whether or not I'm there. I'll call in on someone's cell phone so I can talk at the bunch of you.

And it's more reliable than Windows I'll bet.

I know, in fact I've been your accountant for the last 7 years.

More than I'd like to think about.

OH SNAP!!! Besides, you know you'll miss my hugs and toasts.

That reminds me, the first time I met Fatty McButterpants I walked up to him and gave him a hug. He looked a little shocked, stepped back and said. "OH, that was awkward." I though I was gonna fall over laughing.

Actually the deadline for filing taxes this year is April 18th. Why you ask? In 2011, Washington, D.C., will celebrate Emancipation Day on April 15, a day earlier than normal, since April 16 (the actual Emancipation Day) falls on a Saturday. Emancipation Day marks the anniversary of the day that President Lincoln signed the Compensated Emancipation Act.

Since the Gubment will be closed April 15 they extended the filing deadline until April 18th.

Just what I wanted another weekend for clients to delay getting me their tax info.
