Those small fish in the picture looked like pure strain BG. I suspect most of the small fish that you are seeing were also small BG and some may well be smaller than those in the picture. Their numbers will tend toincrease dramatically this year if the LMB have been heavily harvested which they probably were by previous owners and 'friends'.
