I wouldn't fool with the fish truck if they paid me. I have heard horror stories about their area where they grow their fish. Talk to Mel he offers yellow perch and they are legal in Kentucky just not to cross the border because of diseases. Confirm it with Mel he use to work for the KY fish and wildlife or worked with them. He is a very nice guy and took the time to chat with me. Also check out those places that ship fish.
