I'm not much on filling in behind Bill, Theo and Ewest but do have some thoughts. Where are you feeding? It could be that you are feeding where you want the fish to be and not where they are. Walk around and experiment. These guys are in a new environment and have dispersed over a wide area larger than a football field.

What are you feeding? Sometimes the stuff from a certain mill just may not be to their liking. Contact the hatchery and find out what their past consumption habits have been.

BTW, you haven't said anything about water quality. Did you test it? Is it fertile? Is it turbid, clear, muddy, etc.? Did you go from whopper rain to immediate stocking? To me, the requested solution may be dependent on the environment.
