Man, Sounds like your on a uphill battle.. This is why people hate to share ponds lol.. I still think your letter is a good start, but i would push for more and better rules on fishing the pond..
I do, but unfortunately their is no one to enforce them. The one guy who fishes the heck out of it was there when I was doing a difficult job, didn't lift a finger.
