In our club governing committed have been a failure. In fact, seldom does anyone make the effort to actually learn something. Basically it leads to decisions made by unsubstantiated opinion. I am the only one who took the time to educate myself about the issues. This is not something to be done off the cuff.
Remember, organizations operate to the lowest common denominator. By the way, there is a prohibition on the taking of bass. Some guys, a few, take all the filleting size BG's they catch.
As far as work hours on the project, 85% are done by me alone.
