Sounds good.. I would also recommend some kind of governing board to make decisions and rules. Basically you can do all this work and if guys are going in there catching and keeping all the bass they can your pond will be useless.. I say you have a good start but just the tip of the iceberg.. There needs to be rules on the pond.

I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease..
