We also have a Wr chart found at bottom of this page http://www.lakework.com/articles.php tells you how to run these. We (my employees) were doing fishery survey last night in Dublin (actually Adrian). They got some good bass but also about 6 eels (in a 6 acre pond), that is the most ever in one pond. If you are trying to produce bigger bass might let some of those 3 lb bass go and keep more 10-14 inch bass, but that is a pretty general statement but usually lots of bass that size with little fishing pressure.
