Brush Country gave me a really nice set of Camo when I won the Rusty Baker/Budweiser Sweepstakes. Rusty Baker never bothered to give them to me though, along with around $9k's worth of other "winnings". He must have thought the sponsors gave it to him for other uses.
Your nephew would do well to suggest his ranch not deal with Rusty if he wants to film there...
