Usuallly do more damage to catfish than bass although we have had client somehow losee most bass and then found out they had a couple otters. I would advise to get rid of them if you can. If they dont eat the bass they wil compete with them for avail food.

IMO they will eat just about every fish in the pond! One of the easiest ways to detect their presence is all the fish scales in their droppings.

Get rid of them by any means. The little s.o.bs will clean a pond out.
