Tim NRCS has a computer program (? proprietary) that takes the elevations they run and other info/data and spits out the answers. They helped us wrt planning on renovating a 12 acre lake. Jersey at that time (5 years ago +-) NCRS had a program that offered technical support and $$s for construction but it came with strings that we did not want attached to us.
