Only caught 1 other and it was shorter but equally stocky. Barbless hooks were used and we didn't fish for long. Several bites. I saw what i was looking to see so we quit and went bow hunting. I now have a full appreciation of the financial, emotional and time commitment it takes to create and manage a quality fishery, albeit for only a short time (1 year). God help the guest who comes fishing and expects to fill his cooler full of bass. ;-)
