Let USFWS know about that. Tilapia are not on the list AND there is no approved test since they are not carriers nor suceptible to the targeted pathogens, yet if they come from a great lakes state, they claim they need to be tested. I go through this every time I have to ship overseas for customs documentation.

I'm not allowed to bring trout in that test positive for IPN but my state DNR has planted IPN postive steelhead into Lake Michigan. They didn't want to destroy the fish and figured since the disease is already there... Apparently if you make the rules you can break them.
