George, hard to tell the size/breed of goat. Is that a specific breed you have?
Ponds and goats belong to my son - I am only the "share cropper" pondmeister - don't know much about goats except they keep the pond banks fishable ....
Originally the goats were South African Boer meat goats but sensitive to hoof and disease problems - son Jeff introduced disease resitant Spanish genetics to prsent herd.
You'll need at least one of these Great Pyranese livestock guard dogs if you have coyote or bobcat critters ... they will also control otter problems ...
