These guys that write codes and regs just can't help themselves.
Why don't they just remove all SB restrictions if the fish are dying? It's highly unlikely a sick or stressed fish will feel like biting to begin with and even less likely a month of no restriction would encourage a huge number of anglers into a frenzied Striped Bassathon!
