Plastic sample bottle will work just fine, check with lab to make sure they can check salinity. Fish stocking is more abotu goals than what can live at these depths. Doubt you have the grass carp. I do little plantings. The right environment then aquatic vegetation shows up. Artiifical is easier to manage. Please let us know the resutls.
