If that WE is between 1 and 3 years old I would say your off to a good start. The one and two year old WE in Lake Erie are about that size on average.
Around age three they really start getting large. Of course there will be some fish in each year class that do great, but be patient.
Make sure you have plenty of forage size YP and if possible some GSH.
