Well, here in the Great White North, the surface temperature was 86 deg.F here tonight! I did not get any readings down deeper, but I did dive down there myself and can assure you it is colder!
I took some other readings and found the D.O. was between 8.6 and 10.0. The higher readings were actually down deeper near the bottom in about 10 feet of water. Ph is a pretty constant 8.59 as well wherever I took readings. I also measured the hardness and it was 133 ppm and 268 microsiemens. I have a constant 46 deg.F water flow coming into the pond from the artesian well. My biggest RBT was sitting right there at the inflow all night. Can't say that I blame her!
