As for Jhap, just resist the dark side. Don't listen to him. The dark side is compelling, but don't give in. Seriously, after all the help you gave me yesterday and today, I think Diquat Grimes is a much cooler sounding name. And it's unique. And if you name him Jhap, no one will actually know that's a two syllable name. They'll wonder if the J or the H is silent, kind of like the names Phred, or Geoff. What's up with those?
