Here's what I've been using for years: http://www.herbach.com/Merchant2/merchan...gory_Code=PUMPSThese run continuous, I bought a spare but have never needed it yet. And the price is right. Garden hose runs 200 feet to the pond, thence to soaker hose for 50 feet. Sand filled hose ty-wrapped is a great idea to keep it on the botom.
