Pond Boss Forums MANAGING AN EXISTING POND Evaluating and adjusting fish populations Harvesting Bluegill

In a Trophy Bass pond(2 years growth 14-17 inch LMB) ,when do you start pulling Bluegill out? Besides wanting to cook some up,the only time I can think the need is when you have a lack of recruitment in LMB. This is assuming I pull all the male bass of 12 inches or less I can hook during the spawn. Any feed back would be appreciated.
