I am hoping Bob will stumble across this post...
Anyways, I know they are trying to grow the subscription base and it got me thinking about the potential for retail sales. I own a small country market in Ohio and several of my regulars own ponds, along with two excavators well known for ponds down the road.
Anyways, it might be a good idea to develop a program with retailers to display and sell you magazines within their stores. I'd be willing to help test setting this up with my place if they think it can help. I have several Things like auto trader and a farm and dairy paper which do this.
Just a thought...

rcooked, drop Lusk a PM or better yet, call the PB office on Monday.
They are working with Bass Pro and some other retailers, in early stages, so I think you could really help them.

I am a small shop, but talk this up to all the folks I know with ponds... I keep telling the guy who built my pond he should get everyone a subscription for one year as a "thank you" for the business.
