As a matter of fact, I had it so bad that I got a cortison shot into the elbow last Munday. It took the cortison 2 days till it stated too kick in. Initially after the shot the pain was worse and my wife was icing it for me every hour or so. But now the pain is managable. I am continuing to ice the elbow and to wear the sleeve my MD gave me. The MD told me it could take up to 9 months to heal. And no chain sawing for me.
