Bob, deal with someone else if they don't have what you need. Stock the pond on your terms and schedule, not the fish sellers.

It might be best to add bluegills and not add any bass. You have an existing population. They will spawn.

I'm not sure in your area whether I would stock the bluegills now or just wait until Spring.
