That's no excuse, go get a tape measure. Depending upon your browser you should be able to modify the "zoom" and zoom out. The good news is that you should be able to eliminate the scroll bar. The bad news is that you'll need a magnifying glass to read your monitor. Damit, just when I get comfy... O.K. The viewable portion of the monitor is 11.790" high by 18.750" wide. Diagonally it's 22.000" (O.K., maybe it's 22.001") In the reply pane, the scroll button goes away when viewed at 85%. My nose to screen dimension is 45" when reading, 28" when typing.
