Herbicides and Grass Carp Can Control Pondweed The site is maintained by Dr. Ken Semmens, and many of the papers available on the site have been written, or coordinated, by Dr. Ken. The entire staff of PhDs that I've worked with at WVU are all real great hands-on aquaculturists. The neat thing about them, particularly Dr. Ken, is that they are extremely responsive to WV residents. Just ask Todd about his fish flesh testing for pesticides through another Dr. Ken that Dr. Ken set him up with.
