Make sure that you check your state laws on open carry of rifles. Some states allow it, some restrict it (even on your own property), and some states will have weird laws regarding whether or not it can be loaded or if there can be a round in the chamber. If you have a confrontation involving firearms, I would strongly suggest bringing a second person and having them video-record everything, or getting a hat-cam. If things go poorly, video could save prison time.

I would shop around for a lower price and get the five-wire fence. We had our five-wire fence put up around 20 acres, close to 3,500 feet worth of fencing, for just at $3/foot. They built all corner posts with steel and all new materials throughout. Price did not include any cleaning/clearing of fencelines.
