Al, my idea of full pool is where it almost runs over or through outlet pipe or spill way or?
In my case, I have a through the dam 12 inch pvc pipe. A foot above that is an emergency spillway over natural ground. If it reaches the bottom lip of the pipe, I am at full pool. However, I've only seen that once.
