No beer?

Thems great results!

I've seen him, he is trimming down some. The ripped abs deal I don't think we'll see a picture of that.

Good morning Dave, I've checked the ships systems, and everything appears to be running normally.

Gail already bought me a sling shot to wear for my ripped abs photos. The whole photo shoot will only be available on pay-per-view, though. blush

Uh yeah, I'll, uh, keep that in mind.

BTW, please don't tell me what a sling shot is.

Make sure you issue 3-D glasses for the pay-per-view.

I'm guessing you won't need to issue any 3-D glasses.

45 pounds have disappeared.

I am releasing a few secrets to my weight loss plan before I sell the rights for a couple million bucks.

Here is my workout regimen as it stands currently. The reps, and weights have at least doubled for each item since I started the program about 190 days ago.

More, later....

Congratulations on the program!

Now, I have so many thoughts and questions:
1) Why keep a spreadsheet? For the time it takes to nerd-out on your computer, couldn't you get a few extra reps in?
2) How does your plan factor into returning to beer drinking?
3) Why are you not bench pressing 1,065 lbs. like I do?

I cut fast food out of my lunch diet six months ago and have lost 18 lbs. since then without doing anything else.

Way to go Dwight.

1) The workout sheet sits on a clipboard in the workout room. I check off the items as I go with a pencil, no computer involved.
2) I have been having a few with no ill effects. On Vacation I have all I want.
3) For me it is about the aerobics, not having a world class physique like you do.

I will be publishing my workout tune list here soon. It drives the workout.

I use a 3rd generation Ipod Shuffle in a Scosche Tapstick case with either headphones or plugged into my workout room sound system. The Shuffle is set to random so repeats during a week of workouts are rare.

At least Dwight was manly enough to admit he has Belinda Carlisle on his play list.

I have the Go-Go's on my playlists which is a few steps better.

The Social Distortion song "Sick Boys" cancels out the Belinda Carlisle song "Heaven is a Place on Earth". The Go-Gos do not require cancellation so you are good to go!

Make a copy of that for our fishing trip. I have listened to one in your MP3 player in your boat for enough years, that a new one is in order.
