I've got 100' of beach in place and I plan on putting down riprap on the rest of the "people side" this summer. I'm wondering what to put between the riprap or beach and the surrounding grass.
Your point about splinters is a good one. Somebody had mentioned concrete to me as an option, but I don't know if I care for the look of it.

Any other thoughts/ideas?
