Great post, Jeremy - just had a chance to read through it. Man, that must have been some serious water volume to wipe out your dam like that. If the dam had been neglected I can see how it could have been damaged, but to be totally washed away like that is something. I'm not sure where he's located in TX, but Mike Otto is one of the co-owners of Pond Boss and is a dirt guy like few others. He is definitely your go-to guy in TX, even if it's for a referral in your area or a consultation. His schedule is pretty busy so he doesn't get a ton of time to check in here, but he seems to be on at least once a week. In the meantime, I'm sure others will jump in with helpful ideas.
