I use a walmart digitial scale (kitcen department). It weighs bass up to 5 lbs. Acurate to 1/8 of an ounce. I use it in grams mode and have a chart converted to inches and grams for Wr. Hard to beat the accuracy for $35. i go through about 2-3 /yr but work as well as $200 scale that also did not handle the water or the volume of weighing we do. Once over 5 lbs I use rapala digitial scale and have to conver the ounces like your talking about.
