This reminds me of my Navy days during Viet Nam. One of my guys came back from a real bad experience. He was being "rotated out" as his assignment time was up. As a going-away gift, I bought him a bottle of Chivas Regal. He chugged the whole damn bottle!

Shortly after he chugged the bottle, we found him belly up and non-responsive outside our building. A friend and I got him up and walked him around for at least an hour. We made him drink a bunch of water and 7-Up. Several hours later, he was a lot more responsive. We took him to his room. About 3 or 4 hours later we went to check on him. He was gone. After a long search, we finally found him. He went shopping! He couldn't understand why we were concerned about him.

So, I guess, if you are polluted to the gills, human or fish, maybe 7-Up can bring you back from the brink.
