Another thing to consider is that UV protection degrades over time so no lenses are for life. Heat is a big factor in their decay so don't leave them in the car on hot days.
A lot of shooting guys and fisherman like the V28 lenses from Oakley. I have a set polarized gray with V28s on the way. I used the Oakleys when I had motorcycles and they saved my eyes from some pretty good impacts. I like them for the bassboat for both wind and impact resistance while traveling and they don't slip off if I look behind me at 50+MPH. They also shed water and resist dirt and fingerprints. They have a new switchlock quickchange lense system now too.
