MY BASS FISHING HAS DECLINED. I HAD THE 9 YEAR OLD 4 ACRE LAKE SHOCKED AND THE BASS ARE 88% OF EXPECTED SIZE FOR LENGTH. IS IT BETTER TO ADD 3-5 INCH BLUEGILLS OR TO DRAIN THE POND AND START ALL OVER?

Morgan, when you shocked how was your bream population?
With no more information I will guess you are bass heavy. Take out all the small bass you can. If you do not have a feeding program for your bream start one.
Your problem sound solveable through good pond management without draining your pond.

Morgan -- did the people who completed the electrofishing provide any analysis or recommendations? I suspect Bill is right on target, but wondered what the biologist had to say?
