PawPaw Rick, I think I would try some tilapia. You're spending, at $9 per pound, about $18 to $36 per month for fatheads. For about $100 for tilapia per acre, you should get more bang for your buck. Of course, you will have to assure yourself that the water temps will stay about 60+ degrees.
