I was raised on a crosman 760 with a duplex air gun scope. But I had to go with a gamo because all that pumping gets old. Both .177. The gamo has a suprisingly loud crack, and you only get one choice of power with one pump, but with those hunter pellets it is deadly. Had a few CO2 rapid fire pistols, but they were cartridge eaters and not very powerful. Good for plinking cans and targets. I did have one pump pistol, but it is obsolete now. I just gave up on the pistols when the nicer one pump rifles came out. My boys sure love shooting the air rifle.
