More likely the reason TShad did not establish was lack of a plankton bloom. That is critical to success in ponds for TShad. In attempts to establish TShad in ponds with adult LMB assuming you stock as per the #s instructed the success rate is very high if there is a plankton bloom and almost 0 if there is not one.
