The best way to up bluegill percentages is to down bass percentages. Too many bass eat all the bluegill. Remove some bass and your bluegill will multiply. First check you bass to see if they look a bit skinny, big heads and little bodies. If so, you definately need to remove some.
If you just toss in more bluegill, with too many bass, you are just providing the bass with an expensive snack.
