We just bought a 3/4 acre pond that has been stocked with bass and bluegill for over 6 years. I'm unsure if the population is balanced or not but the previous owner said he saw an 18" bass. My first evalution of this newly aquired pond is that the bluegill population might be a lil' on the light end. Can I start up a feeding program for them and will they take to it? if the population is small, can i add some more bgills? what would be better coppernose or hybrids? will they get along with the natives? thanks in advanced ;\)
